Meet Our Founder
Dr. C.K. Gandhirajan, a retired IPS officer of the 1985 batch (Tamil Nadu cadre), is the founder of RIA, a firm specializing in risk intelligence and strategic advisory services. With over three decades in law enforcement, he served as Director General of Police, Fire & Rescue Services, and held key positions in intelligence, enforcement, and crime investigation.
A recipient of the President’s Police Medal for Gallantry, he played a pivotal role in tackling organized crime. Holding a Ph.D. in Criminology, he has authored Organized Crime and Inside Prisons, contributing to crime research and policy.
At RIA, he leverages his expertise in security, risk assessment, and intelligence to help businesses navigate challenges, ensuring resilience and safety in an evolving threat landscape. His leadership continues to drive innovation in crime prevention and risk management.
